Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

As our cases are made to order, we typically won't ask you to send the item back — if you'd like to withdraw from your purchase, simply contact us at hello@muddylaneco.com or submit your request via our withdrawal form, and we'll process your refund once your request is confirmed.

If you'd prefer to send the item back anyway, that's fine too — just note that return shipping costs are covered by you. Please contact us first so we can share the correct return address; items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Refunds

Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Please note it can take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to show the funds.

Damages, misprints, and defects

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@muddylaneco.com with photos within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different design or size, withdraw from your original purchase and place a new order — the fastest way to get exactly what you want.

Non-eligible items

Custom or personalized items (such as designs made to your own specifications) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Standard designs from our catalogue remain eligible, even though they're produced on demand.
