All Muddy Lane Co. phone cases are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner.

Processing time

Orders are usually sent to production shortly after they are placed. As every case is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: approximately 10–30 business days after production
European Union: approximately 10–30 business days after production
International: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

For UK orders, standard shipping is currently around £4.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production times, carrier delays, customs processing or local delivery conditions.

Customs and import duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed orders
